These terms govern the use of this site and booking requests made through it. By using the site, you accept them.
The Portuguese version of these terms is the binding one. This English text is provided for convenience.
1. Who runs this site
This site is run by Isabella de Jesus Medici Pereira, a sole trader, tax number 326668438, operating at R. Nunes dos Santos 21 Lj 20, São Pedro do Estoril, 2765-546 Lisboa. Contact: isabellamedici@gmail.com.
2. Bookings are requests, not confirmations
When you submit a booking you are sending a request. The slot is only reserved once the professional confirms it — you will receive that confirmation by WhatsApp. Until then, the slot may be given to someone else.
The professional may decline or reschedule a request, in particular due to unavailability or because the anamnesis form indicates a contraindication to the procedure.
3. Prices and duration
The prices and durations shown on the site are those in force at the time and serve as a reference. The final amount may vary depending on what is actually performed — for instance, if the appointment shows that more time or a different procedure is needed. Any difference is communicated before proceeding.
4. Anamnesis form
Some procedures require an anamnesis form to be completed before the appointment. The questions are there to identify contraindications and to make sure the procedure is safe for you.
It is essential that answers are truthful and complete. Omitted or incorrect information may lead to a procedure being performed that is contraindicated for you, risking your health and compromising the result.
5. Client account and PIN
An account is optional — you can book without creating one. If you do create one, you are responsible for keeping your PIN secret. If you suspect someone knows it, request a reset through the studio’s contact.
6. Cancellations and no-shows
If you cannot attend, please let the studio know as early as possible via WhatsApp, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
7. Promotional codes
Promotional codes are valid only while active, apply to the amount shown at the time of booking, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The professional may deactivate a code at any time.
8. Site content
The texts, photographs and images on this site are the property of the professional and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs of completed work are published with the consent of the clients involved.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, under Portuguese Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September.
